Candace Smith Shines in Exclusive Sexy Photo Shoot

Candace's Current Work

Candace Smith's most recent project is the independent film "Gimme Shelter," directed and written by Ron Krauss, starring Rosario Dawson, Brendan Fraser and Vanessa Hudgens, in which Candace plays Marie Abeanni, a social worker of African descent. The film is set to release later this year. Candace was cast in "Gimme Shelter" after Krauss saw her performance in last year's cop drama "End of Watch."

Candace's Passion

There is no doubt that comedy is Candace Smith's first passion, having recently joined the world famous improv school Upright Citizens Brigade. She was accepted into the diversity program at UCB, the prestigious improv theatre that has produced such amazing comedic actresses as Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

Candace also performs stand-up at several venues throughout LA, and has appeared in multiple film and television comedies including "Beerfest," "The Slammin' Salmon" and NBC's "Joey."

Candace's Other Projects

In addition to her comedy, modeling and acting, Candace is proud to have worked as a producer on the documentary "Finding the Funk" with the legendary Nelson George.

Candace's Future Endeavors

Candace's upcoming project is a TV show in which she produces and stars, titled "Will Travel for Laughs." The show highlights her comedic chops as she travels the world exploring humor and performing her stand-up.

Candace also has several other projects currently in development as a producer.

Fun Facts About Candace

- She lived in Turks and Caicos for six months "working" while she managed a film festival, and loves conch after the experience.

- She ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain, when she was 18 years old, setting the tone for a life of travel and adventure.

- She spent two months in Cuba on an educational license leading a research group studying the effects of the dual economy on race relations.

- She is a fan of rugby and traveled to New Zealand for the 2011 Rugby World Cup and took a road trip from Auckland all the way down to Wellington.
