It's "Breaking Bad" week here at Mandatory, as every day leading up to the August 11 premiere of Season 5, Part 2, we will be giving you the "Breaking Bad" news you need to whet your appetite. To start, you may have heard that creator Vince Gilligan is entertaining the idea of a spinoff starring Bob Odenkirk (pictured), who plays Walt and Jesse's seedy lawyer Saul Goodman on the show. While it may seem like a stretch, it remains a strong possibility to serve as a successor to "Breaking Bad." But it's not the only one. That's right, we have discovered that other networks, along with AMC, are working hard to develop more spinoffs and ripoffs in order to ride "Breaking Bad's" coattails. Click ahead to see what we found.

Aaron Paul to Star in "Better Call Aaron Paul"
Okay, so other than stealing the name of the possible Odenkirk spinoff ("Better Call Saul"), this doesn't seem so bad. Reportedly, the idea for this reality TV show is that regular folks like you and me can call up the actor who plays Jesse Pinkman on "Breaking Bad" and ask him for advice. And because he is such an awesome dude in real life, he will gladly give tips and offer solutions to our problems. The project has been pitched to TBS, MTV and OWN. Yeah, bitch!

Dean Norris to Star in Hank Spinoff, "Hangin' with Mr. Schrader"
Apparently, in an attempt to bring back TGIF, ABC is toying with the idea of a show that is both a "Breaking Bad" spinoff and a "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" ripoff. Everyone loves Norris' Hank Schrader character, though, so who knows? Maybe it could work.
Insiders tell us the premise is already set: After years spent busting bad guys and chasing down Heisenberg, Hank decides to call it quits with the DEA. He and Marie move to California where he becomes a substitute geology teacher. His stern, yet fun approach to teaching leads to some hilarious conflicts with students as well as some heartfelt moments you won't want to miss. Also, Marie is still a kleptomaniac.

Anna Gunn and Skylar Diggins to Star in "2 Skylers"
This one doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but you can't fault the TV execs for trying; at least it's a somewhat original idea. Word on the showbiz street is that this spinoff takes place after Gunn's character Skyler finally decides to leave Walt on "Breaking Bad." Unsure of what to do, she puts out a Craigslist ad searching for a "roommate, confidant, friend" and in a random twist of fate, ends up with WNBA star Skylar Diggins answering the call. No word on whether this is a drama, romance or odd couple-type sitcom, or if any network has even considered listening to a pitch.

RJ Mitte to Star in "House of Eggs"
This "Breaking Bad" spinoff is allegedly already in production. We're not sure how Netflix is getting away with calling it an original, but they are on a roll with Emmy nominations and whatnot, so who are we to question them? The show focuses on Walter Jr. (played by Mitte), a year after he discovers the true criminal identity of his father. Determined to not follow in Walt's footsteps, he opens the biggest buffet restaurant in Albuquerque (specializing in breakfast) with his meth money inheritance and tries to help the community any way he can. But will his growing lust for power and money take over? Will he break the fourth wall to tell the audience what he's thinking? We'll just have to wait until it's available on Netflix next year to find out.

Chad Kroeger to Star in "Breaking Chad"
According to sources, both Bravo and TLC are in talks with the Nickelback frontman about a documentary style miniseries that will showcase the rocker's lifestyle. It will focus on how awesome of a band Nickelback is, how puzzling it is that Kroeger is married to Avril Lavigne, and the fact that you still can't walk into a bar in the Midwest to this day without hearing at least one Nickelback song.

TBD to Star in "The Adventures of Meth Mom"
Finally, here is the last "Breaking Bad" inspired TV show idea that is being passed around Hollywood. Clearly, there is no shame in this cutthroat business. You tell us if the synopsis sounds familiar: A mother of two, including a new baby, is having a hard time making ends meet, so she turns to a life of meth cooking/dealing to pay the bills and put her kids through school. According to a popular entertainment blogger, producers are considering Jennifer Love Hewitt, Courteney Cox and "real housewife" Brandi Glanville for the leading role. Only Lifetime has expressed any interest.
