Instead of spending hours building props or setting up special effects, most of Patrick's Vines are just a shot of his face. Almost every video is a different character and they're all fantastic. You'll never expect how much story can be told in such a short amount of time.

3. Bo Burnham

Most of the time when you get a major comedian using a social media app, it's terrible. They have little use for it and therefore put very little effort into it. Bo is quite the opposite. I would recommend going to his account and watching every video because he rarely disappoints. Seriously, go watch them all.

4. Electrolemon

It's almost frustrating how funny Electrolemon is on such a consistent basis. From his hilarious greeting card Vines to his rap videos, Demi Adejuyigbe is one of the most creative and hilarious people you can follow.

5. ConnerO_Malley

Conner is a genius posing as an insane person. His Vines are of a character that runs up to random people on things on the street and just starts yelling out insane things but in a way where the unsuspecting co-star isn't terrified, but often amused by his insanity. You really just need to scroll through a few of his videos to appreciate it as a whole.

6. Jacy Catlin

If Jacy never made another Vine, there's enough hilarious content already on his account that would leave you laughing for months. His fake product reviews are a thing of beauty and the fake phone calls with him mom may be my favorite thing on the site. He's original and brilliant.

7. Rudy Mancuso

There's a reason that over a million people follow Rudy. Most of the larger accounts on Vine just toss up garbage because they realize anything posted will blow up, but every Vine Rudy posts is top notch and extremely well done.

8. Keelayjams

There is no one more creative and innovative on Vine than Keelayjams. Even when it's hilarious, it's done in such a creative way that it feels more like art than a social media app. You'll be shocked what he can pull off as he pushes the limitations of Vine.

9. MJ Riggins

From her Skrillex studio videos to her alcoholic upper class soccer mom character, MJ is one of the funniest ladies putting out content today. Unlike many who seem to have run out of ideas, her videos get better with every passing day. I recommend getting in now before she blows up to superstar status.

10. Jason Nash

Jason's Vine has blown up quickly. He now does a hilarious recurring video series for GQ called "How to Be a Man" that has featured such guests as Andy Richter. He's become one of the most popular faces of the app, and rightfully so.

11. Chris Delia

When you watch Chris Delia's Vines, you feel like you're hanging out with him for the day and experiencing every hilarious moment along with him.  It's worth following because you don't want to miss a single video he posts. They're all fantastic.

12. Avery Monson

Remember those old role-playing games on Nintendo where you had to choose your adventure along each step of the game? Avery has found a way to make those into brilliant, tiny videos that also happen to be hilarious. 

13. Sunny Mabry

Sunny's Vine is more of a TV channel than a timeline. There are more characters and celebrity cameo appearances than most sitcoms on the air today. She's innovative and, rightfully, one of the most popular accounts out there.

14. Jonnysun

If you're looking for something totally different, here's the account for you. Jonny posts videos from a first person perspective of his life as a video game character with limited mobility and controls. It may not be for everyone, but if you appreciate classic video games and commitment to a fantastic character, this is definitely the account for you.

15. Harley Morenstein

The creator of Epic Meal Time jumped on Vine with a series of "How To" videos that are always entertaining. Not only that, where else can you see a video of Shaq getting shoved into a stack of chairs??

16. Mindy Furano

If you've ever wondered what a young lady and her cat do at home when no one else is around, that question has been answered: recreate mafia movie scenes together. Not only that, but Mindy does the best R-rated Elmo impression on the internet today.

Not only did Pete make a fantastic series of homemade hoverboard videos, he also puts together ridiculously funny videos with constant cameos from some of the funniest comedians working today. I've seen firsthand his Vine workshop where he creates his videos. It's a thing of beauty.

18. Ted Travelstead

Don't just watch the video posted here of Ted's Talkin' Twins series. It has grown to nearly 70 videos as Ted plays twin brothers who basically hate each other. It's so funny and makes for great marathon viewing. I can't believe I described a series of six-second videos as a marathon, but you still need to watch these Vines.

Not only is she a master of inappropriate Claymation, her recurring "Karen's Komedy Korner" videos are always creative and hilarious. Lisa is on the verge of blowing up so expect huge things from her in the very near future.

20. Marlo Meekins

If you have a Vine account, chances are you're already following Marlo. For the dozen of you who haven't seen her incredible videos yet, you're missing out on some of the best content, not just on Vine, but on the internet today. She's ridiculously creative and absurdly entertaining.
