It's been a couple months since the 2012 Summer Olympics came to an end, so just in case you have forgotten how dumb Ryan Lochte is, here is a little reminder. All the guy has to do during his guest appearance on ESPN's "College GameDay" is choose one out of two teams to win. It's pretty much the easiest thing he could possibly be asked to do, yet he once again proves that he should continue to focus only on swimming and not speaking...ever.
