The San Jose Sharks and the Make-A-Wish foundation joined forces to make one of the team's biggest fan's dream come true. Eighteen year-old, Sam Tageson has been living his entire live with a congenital heart condition and loves the San Jose Sharks, so the team signed him to a one-day contract. He got to meet the team and general manager, practice with them, and even skate out of the giant shark mouth when the team was introduced before the game. It was obviously a very special day for Tageson, who was overcome with emotion when the team introduced him and the entire arena gave him a standing ovation.
