This incredibly entertaining video from the guys at Tested.com proves that it's not easy to break a water balloon on someone's face. And it wasn't for a lack of trying. Whether it's hilarious slow motion or painful looking (and sounding) regular speed, this poor tester fails again and again to burst the balloon. If this were the NFL, he probably would've been pulled for precautionary reasons by the one-minute mark.
