Well, my latest live online customer support adventure took me to Dish Network. Now for the record, I don't consider myself to be trolling these companies in any way. As a matter of fact, this one not only entertained multiple members of the company but I'm pretty positive resulted in one employee getting a raise and possibly a promotion. I now feel I have a lifelong friend in a Dish Network customer care specialist by the name of Shanky. Enjoy!
