This amazing scene took place downtown in the city of Guangzhou in China, where a mentally unstable woman was waving a pair of scissors and threatening both innocent pedestrians and herself. As the situation escalated, a young woman who studies Tae Kwon Do used money to distract the suicidal lady and get within striking range. Then boom - a swift and effective kick dislodged the pair of scissors from the woman's hand. As you can see from the replays, it was a perfectly placed kick that spooked the woman enough to send her fleeing from the scene unarmed. We shudder to think what would've happened if our heroine missed her mark.
