Real Beauty Sketches: The Male Version (Dove Ad Parody)

Recently, Dove released an ad that proved to women that they are their own worst beauty critics. They described themselves to a sketch artist from behind a curtain and then had men who had met them briefly describe them as well. In a side by side comparison of the sketches, it was revealed that the women thought they were less attractive than men seemed to think they were.

The ad has over 7.5 million views on YouTube, so it wasn't long before a parody made it to the site as well. Now the crew from New Feelings Time have provided this awesome male response. Apparently, men think they're way better looking than women think they are. We'll let them take it from here:

"Men are not their own worst beauty critics. Only 4% of men around the world consider themselves average looking. At New Feelings Time, we are committed to creating a world where illegitimate beauty is not a source of confidence. So, we decided to conduct a compelling social experiment that explores how men view their own beauty in contrast to what others see."

Clearly, the NBA was way cooler in the 1990s. For one, teams really knew how to make a solid media guide. Check out these amazing looks at the 1989-90 Chicago Bulls, the 1994-95 Golden State Warriors, the 1990-91 Boston Celtics, the 1991-92 Utah Jazz and the 1992 Phoenix Suns' playoff guide. Some of the prominent players you will notice are a superhero-like Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan, an elevator-riding Chris Mullin and Tim Hardaway, a playoff-bound Kevin Johnson and Tom Chambers and a Red Auerbach so small, he could sit on the Larry O'Brien trophy.

Ask A Girl: Which Guy On 'Mad Men' Should I Model My Style After?

Our friends over at StyleList want to help you out. So, instead of just assuming you know everything a woman desires, why don't you listen to the editors at the premiere fashion site on the Web and make sure you are doing the right thing when it comes to the opposite sex?

This week: Which guy on "Mad Men" has the best style?

mad men style, don draper, jon hamm. roger sterling, pete campbell

I want to add a little "Mad Men" style into my wardrobe. Which Mad Man is the best to model my new look after: Don, Roger, or Pete? Why?

Jon Hamm, aka Don Draper, hasn't been referenced as the inspiration for Prince Eric from "The Little Mermaid" for nothing.

Hands down, Don's style is the most coveted amongst the men of "Mad Men." And it's not because he is the central character, the most intriguing, or the most handsome. It is because he is consistently classic and confident.

He wears his confidence like a well-fitted suit. He commandeers a room when he enters. He looks men, and women, in the eye. He has a way with words. Don isn't privy to fads or pop culture trends. He knows his look and exactly what looks good on him, and sticks to it.

Granted, this is a character on a TV show we are discussing. But any man can emulate the classic and cool sophistication and confidence of Don Draper. Pair down your wardrobe to tailored and sharp pieces, both casual and dressy, to eliminate the room for error in your outfit. Invest in the items you know look good on you, and buy multiple pairs of them. Always get a little more dressed up than you think you should (girls will notice, and appreciate the effort). And last but not least, be confident always.

Oh, but try not to emulate Don's personal life. That one's a doozy.
