Once college rolled around, Rachel enrolled at Columbia University in New York City. She ended up graduating in 2003 with a double major in math and economics, while also taking courses in psychology and drama.

It was during college that Rachel was approached by a modeling agent and booked for gigs in Paris, France. However, she still managed to split her time between finishing school and modeling for the likes of Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess?, and L'Oreal.
