Cleveland hero Charles Ramsey and Arsenio Hall (pictured here in "Coming to America" - one of the greatest comedies of all time) look a lot a like. And, to add even more fuel to this fire, Arsenion Hall is also from Cleveland. This is a thing that makes you go hmmm.
