It's getting cooler out there and pretty soon you'll be looking for a tasty cocktail to warm up with. Nothing can raise your body temperature quite like Irish whiskey and nobody knows how to mix drinks like a bartender from the homeland. So we got a special recipe here from Anna Walsh, of the Long Island Cocktail Bar in Cork, Ireland. The Autumn Elixir provides all the warmth of a nice whiskey drink but still manages to go down smooth. Scroll past the picture to see the recipe.
Kilbeggan(R) Autumn Elixir

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Parts Kilbeggan(R) Irish whiskey
- 1/2 Part Yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
- 3/4 Part Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
- 3 Blackberries
Method: Muddle blackberries with honey syrup in a shaker base. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice, shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest and blackberries.
